1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Global Path Overseas. Using this website or engaging our services means you accept them.

2. What we provide

Advisory and administrative support: profile review, university shortlisting, application and document preparation, test-preparation coaching, education-loan file preparation and lender introductions, visa documentation support, and pre-departure services.

3. What we cannot promise

This is the section worth reading twice.

• We cannot guarantee admission. Universities decide who they admit.
• We cannot guarantee a visa. A student visa is a government decision, and no consultancy can influence it.
• We cannot guarantee a loan, a rate, or an amount. Lenders decide, on their own criteria.
• We cannot guarantee a scholarship or any specific amount of funding.
• We cannot guarantee employment during or after your studies.

Anyone who does promise you these things is not in a position to keep the promise. Fees, tuition figures, living costs, intakes and visa rules published on this site are indicative and change without notice; we will confirm current figures for your specific case before you act on them.

4. What you are responsible for

• Giving us accurate, complete and truthful information and documents.
• Declaring any previous visa refusal, academic gap or disciplinary matter.
• Meeting the deadlines we agree, including for documents we ask you to obtain.
• Paying university, test, visa and government fees directly, on time.
• Reading and signing your own visa application. We prepare it with you; the declaration is yours.

If information you give us turns out to be false or incomplete, we may stop work without refund, and we will not be responsible for the consequences to your application.

5. Fees

The first consultation is free and creates no obligation. Any fee for later services is quoted to you in writing, in full, before you pay anything — the amount, what it covers, the payment stages, the taxes that apply and the accepted payment methods. Nothing is charged automatically, and no fee becomes payable until you have accepted that written quote. University, test, visa and government fees are separate and are paid by you directly to those bodies.

6. Third parties

Universities, lenders, insurers, accommodation providers and test bodies are independent of us. We are not responsible for their decisions, their fees, their service or their delays, even where we introduced you to them.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fees you have actually paid us for the service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including a missed intake, a withdrawn offer or lost earnings — or for the decisions of universities, lenders, insurers or visa authorities. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to Global Path Overseas. Documents we prepare for you are yours to use for your own applications.

9. Ending the engagement

Either of us may end the engagement in writing at any time. What happens to fees already paid is set out in the refund and payment policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
